Hi,

I currently have a reservation as the swan with a teacher rate of 169 and saw that you were offering a rate at 149 (in May). I called and asked about the rate and they said that they only have the 169. I assume this is because this is a special rate only through you.

I have a few questions about how booking through Dreams Unlimited works.
I understand that i book the room online, and you then make the reservations for me at the swan and you take my credit card for the deposit.

Who will actually be placing the charge on the credit card (it mentions in the FAQ that it is Disney, do you still go through them for the swan?

When and who do we pay for the rest of the cost?

Will the reservations show up on the swans website?(So that we can double check things)

Hi JJD, I can help, Lets start by checking your travel dates the $149.00 plus tax discount starts on May 22 - June 1. If the reservation falls in that time period then I suggest the following.
1. If the reservation is booked through DreamsRes then send me a e-mail with your name and ID # and I will get the pricing changed for you.
2.If the reservation is not booked with us then head over to our booking engine and make a reservation for your travel dates.

The deposit is actually taken by the Swan or Dolphin Hotel. Dreams Unlimited does not hold any money regarding reservations. It is help by the hotel.
Once the deposit is taken the remainder of the money will be due to the hotel, at check-out.
To verify the reservation you can call the hotel at 1-800-227-1500 at the prompt hit 1.
