I am planning on coming down in November with my husband, 3 kids (under 10) and our 35 year old babysitter. I am hoping to find a place that is reasonable to get 3 rooms - maybe a suite? Any suggestions on where to stay in the park in Florida? This is our first visit in 5 years, and I am not sure which of the many hotels would work! Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi hale316, I suggest looking at Buena Vista Suites. It is close to the parks (1 1/2 miles)and has queen suites that would handle your family of 5 with two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleep sofa in the livingroom area.. Then you could get another queen suite for the babysitter. Pricing is very reasonable and a great breakfast buffet comes with the booking for everyone booked each day of your stay at the hotel..
You can book this on our website look under Orlando area hotels on the left column menu items.

If you wish to stay at a Disney property, I would suggest a 2 bedroom Villa at any of the Home-Away-From-Home resorts. This villa is furnished with a king bed in the Master Suite, two queen beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a whirlppool tub in the Master Suite, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. There are TV sets in each bedroom and a DVD player in the living room.

The following post intrigued me since my family has similar needs to another post to which Tammy was responding.
The other suggestion made to the inquiry was to stay at Buena Vista Suites. Is the price difference between the villa and the Buena Vista Suites drastically different?
We will be planning and hopefully purchasing our package in the next month, so I want to find the right accomodations for our needs. At the time of travel, we will have children ages 4, 5 and 9 months. Also traveling with children are 3 adults...parents and one additional adult/non-family member.
We want to travel in Fall 2005. We are flexible and would prefer least busy and most affordable time...September, October or November?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Todaniel, You will find that Buena Vista Suites offers a great value for you. The queen suite will handle your number of people. The queen suite has two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleep sofa in the livingroom area. Add to that, the full breakfast buffet for everyone in the room each day, plus the room has a microwave and refrigerator included. This is a Best bet hotel.
To look at pricing follow the link below. Plug in travel dates and proceed to the booking page to get an idea of what pricing is for different days of the vacation.

Another thing you can do is plug in dates starting September 1 - November 30 and hit submit. This will let you see what the pricing is each day between those dates. Once you find dates and pricing back out one page and enter the actual travel dates and proceed to actually book your hotel.
