View Full Version : Swan reservation question
We have been watching the discount rates for the Swan and you show on the Dreamres site that I can get the dates I want for a pretty good AAA rate of $169.50 (we are AAA members already). If I make a reservation through Dreamres, is the cancellation policy the one the Swan uses? Also, I have SPG points - can I apply them and, if so, would I go through Dreamres or contact the Swan directly? One more question, if a lower rate becomes available (we qualify for teacher discount), would I change it through Dreamres or the Swan? Sorry for all the questions, but we did it through the Swan last time, and they are just not offering any good discounts for our dates. Thanks for your help!

Hi Alf, We have a seven day policy on cancelations for the Swan and Dolphin Hotel. The reason is we have a little lag time getting the cancelation to the hotel so we built in a little play so we get the cancelation in on the 5 day hotels cancel period.
Just so you know, I give all clients our phone number that you can reach us at anytime to take care of problems you may come up with at the last minute with traveling.
As far as SPG points if you give us the SPG number in the special request area, we will get it noted on the reservation for you. The points are taken care of at the desk at check-in and it depends on availability at that time.
You can make all changes to your reservation through Dreams. If you see a lower rate let us know and we will look into changing it for you.
I just want to let you know Teacher, Nurses and Government discounts are not as available, as they have had in the past. This year I am finding that Anual Passholder, AAA, AARP and Entertainment Book discounts are more available then the others.
If you have any other questions booking this reservation with DreamsRes you can e-mail me at bob@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com
Have a Great Day!
