Hello
We are slated to leave Providence on the 20th of Sept for Orlando via Charlotte. We are booked at the Swan for the week & I have a question on what procedure we need to follow if our travel is delayed by the hurricane. How long will the Swan hold our room & should we contact them in the event of a delay or should we contact Dreams Unlimited.
Hopefully nothing will upset the plans but just trying to work out contingencies just in case.
