Hi,

I was trying to check the rates for Nov. 15-19 at the Swan through this site. No matter what discount option I chose I only was shown a rate of $219/night. Does this mean none of the options are available? Why doesn't the rate reflect any discount? If I chose no discount it also showed the $219/night rate.

Hi Stitch79

This means that the hotel has 'blocked-out' those dates for discount pricing for the room-type you selected. The discount pricing is not available for those dates and only the 'regular' pricing applies.
