Swan/Dolphin ressies w/teacher discount

We hope to visit next summer and stay at one of these resorts. There will be 3 adults, one is a teacher. Should the ressie be made in that person's name or can the discount apply as long as one of the registered guests provides the required documentation?

The teacher is not as focused on planning, etc. as I am so I'd like to have the ressie in my name and be the primary contact for our agent!! :)

You will need to have the reservation in the name of the person that is the teacher. This will not hinder your being able to control the planning of the vacation. You can have the e-mail address be yours and the credit card can be in your name as well for the deposit, which will make you the primary contact.
