Swan reservation questions

I got on dream unlimited's web site and saw that with an Annual Pass, that I could stay at in a club level room Concierge for my Dec 26 to Jan 3 stay for 236.94 a night (1895.52) which is better than any "disney" resort is offering. The fact that I can walk to epcot and MGM is a plus.

The big problem is that the website wont let me put in for a reservation going past Dec 31 and was wondering how I can go about making this reservation and still beable to us the AP discount that DU advertised.
