Good news! As long as my budget holds up, I have decided on the Wilderness Lodge because the 2003 Birnbaum Guide says the CBR (our all time favorite) is $139 value and the WL is $199 value - that's not much more for a deluxe!

Here's my question: The web sites/books I have researched say that both 2 queen beds and 1 queen/bunkbeds are offered but it doesn't say if the bunkbed rooms cost more. Does anyone know if the bunkbed rooms cost extra? Are they located in the main lodge?

Rooms with bunks beds (within the same view category) do not cost any more than rooms with queens beds. When you make the reservation, you are making it according to the view (Std, Woods, Ctyd). There should be a request made for bunk beds. Disney is not able to guaranty your request, but they try to accommodate you if at all possible.
