Upgrade ?

I just read on the DIS web site that someone had CBR reservations and got offered an upgrade to the POLY for $105 per night!
Is that an unusual situation?
Does DU get offered/ask for those?
Should you state in your quote request that you would be willing to upgrade if one is offered?

The person was offered the upgrade because Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort closed the latter part of 2002 for rehab and those guests with a reservation at the resort during that time were offered upgrades at some of the deluxe resorts. This does not happen often.

If you book your reservation through our agency, we continue to monitor the discounts and try to obtain the best rate available to you. If a better rate comes along, we will try to obtain that rate for you and adjust your reservation accordingly.
